Shipping / Delivery
Road Transport: Shipments via road transport take approximately 12-15 days. European customers are required to have an EORI number for road transport shipments.
Sea Freight: Shipments via sea freight vary between 20-45 days depending on the country. The customer must work with a customs broker to clear the goods, or, upon request, a power of attorney can be given to the carrier sending the products, allowing the customs procedures to be handled on behalf of the customer.
Air Freight: Shipments via air freight take an average of 4-5 days. The customer must work with a customs broker to clear the goods, or, upon request, a power of attorney can be given to the carrier sending the products, allowing the customs procedures to be handled on behalf of the customer.
Express: Express shipments with DHL Express take between 4-5 days to be delivered to your address. A customs broker is required for this shipping method.
Small apparatuses like the Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector and Small Barrel can be preferred with DHL Express.
Customs Procedures: For shipments delivered to the port via sea and air freight, the customer needs to work with a customs broker to clear the products. Customers who lack experience with customs brokers can receive support from their Legacy sales representative.

For multiple apparatus purchases, the production time varies between 6-10 weeks depending on the model and quantity of the order.

Insurance
Road Transport: Products sent via road transport are insured against damage, theft, loss and fire.
Sea Freight (Port Delivery): Products sent via sea freight with port delivery are insured against fire, sinking, theft and loss.
Air Freight: Products sent via air freight are insured against fire, theft and loss.
